Virtual Bid — How It Works
Record a video
Walk around your property and capture clear footage of every tree you want serviced. Include close-up views of tree trunks, major limbs, and any areas of concern (dead wood, storm damage, disease symptoms).
Show the surrounding area: adjacent structures, fences, driveways, utilities, and landscaping that could affect access or work space.
Keep the video steady and narrate briefly if helpful (identify which trees need pruning, fertilizing, or removal).
Send the video to us
Attach or upload the video using the form on this page. Make sure the file is complete and plays from start to finish.
We review and assess
Our certified arborists will review the full video to evaluate tree condition, access, equipment needs, and any hazards.
If we need additional details or clearer footage of a specific tree or area, we’ll request a follow-up clip or photos.
Receive your bid
Within a day or two, we’ll send a written bid outlining the recommended services, scope of work, materials (fertilizer, treatments), schedule options, and a clear price.
The bid will include any special conditions or limitations based on the virtual assessment and note if an on-site visit is recommended before starting work.
Tips for a successful virtual bid
Ensure good lighting (daylight is best) and avoid heavy wind or rain when recording.
Walk slowly and keep shots steady; short pauses on each tree help our review.
Mark or identify priority trees (use stakes, or narrate as you film).
